I'm rethinking my relationship with silence.

I understand our silence won't protect us.

But I don't think Audre Lorde meant we have to talk all the damn time.

I wonder what Lorde would have made of this era of non-stop talking on a million different platforms.

Maybe some silence could help us think. Sometimes silence is powerful.

And sorry, Keith Haring, I do think silence sometimes equals life.

I'm thinking out loud here, haha.
